Rehab at Evil Olive
If you aren’t a trust-fund baby, you’re most likely a working stiff in bed by 10pm on a Monday night. For Wicker and Lincoln Park denizens, Monday is Funday. Promoter Derek Berry started the event during the doldrums of wintertime and it’s been successful ever since. The weekend continues to thrive with $2 PBRs and affable DJs spinning a mélange of old school hip-hop, The Smiths and Cut Copy till 4am. You’re going to be really fatigued the next morning, but at least you went out and partied on a Monday night. Hardcore.
