The only spot where your mojito is truly minty “fresh.” During the summer, general manager and chief mixologist Adam Seger grew a patio garden at the restaurant that featured five types of mint including chocolate, pineapple, pink grapefruit, pineapple citrus and spearmint. While his standard mojito often hopped up with the fresh aroma of homemade bitters is the standard-bearer, his seasonal and fresh-produce-based mojitos including a fiery ginger pomegranate chili version or a smooth mocha mojito featuring an espresso-cocoa rim will knock you off your swank bar stool.
