Café des Architectes
Perhaps the French did not invent pastry, but they seem to have pushed it to its pinnacle. That French tradition of pastry perfection is carried on at Café des Architectes by executive pastry chef Leigh Omilinsky, who crafts deliciously gorgeous and luxurious creations, including traditional cremeux and Vacherin. If dessert is a painfully guilty pleasure, make it easy on yourself by ordering the Parisian Mini-Desserts; if you have no shame, go for broke with the Seasonal Dessert Degustation. You won’t regret it (or, maybe you will just a little, but you’ll still be glad that you ate it).
